Originally to be released on Akon’s 2008 album Freedom, “Hold My Hand” by Akon and Michael Jackson is an anthem like R&B love song. It’s really uplifting and powerful and it’s a shame that Michael Jackson passed away before it was fully complete and released in 2010. A handwritten note by Michael Jackson himself revealed that he wished for the song to be the first single released on his next project, thus the song was released in his final album Michael.
